Tunturi Exercise Bike Review
Tunturi is a brand owned by a Finnish company known as Accell Fitness, who also market their fitness products through their other brand of Bremshey. Tunturi itself was founded all the way back in 1922, and since then has proven its ability to innovate and lead the way in many areas. In the 1970s it was quick to enter the fitness market as soon as it emerged. Tunturi invested heavily in this market, and the efforts have more than paid off. Today, Tunturi is an extremely well-known brand in the exercise equipment industry, and primarily targets the high end as well as the mid end range of the market.
Tunturi first entered the exercise bike market with the Tunturi W1, which was the first ergometer exercise bike at the time. It has since remained extremely active in the exercise bike market, boasting innovation with some excellent technologies. Tunturi are also manufacture cross trainers, rowing machines and treadmills. Tunturi exercise bikes are built to a high standard and are extremely sturdy and well-built. Tunturi exercise bikes also provide excellent performance for the price you pay, and have great features such as the T-Ride™, which gives you an ‘on the road’ experience. Unfortunately, Tunturi exercise bikes are not the most aesthetically pleasing, but if you want good performance they more than do the job.
Tunturi exercise bikes also come with a good warranty, 15 years frame and motor, 2 years parts and labour, which is extended to 3 years if you register with Tunturi. Aimed at the upper mid and high end of the market, a Tunturi exercise bike is always worth considering.
