The Kettler Golf ST Pro is an excellent quality exercise bike with a lot to offer, even if you are new to fitness or a pro, young or old. The Golf ST Pro is a much improved version of the Golf S (even though there isn’t much of a price difference). The Kettler Golf ST Pro has a jumbo liquid crystal computer displaying electronic training feedback such as time, speed, distance covered in session, total distance covered, pedalling speed, energy consumption, pulse rate and much more. The Kettler Golf ST Pro has a total of 8 training programmes, including one which is heart rate controlled. Heart rate controlled programmes work by maintaining your heart rate within a certain range in order to help you achieve your goals most efficiently (fitness/weight loss).
The Kettler Golf ST Pro runs on a smooth, quiet and efficient magnetic brake system with an 8kg flywheel. In total, the Golf ST Pro offers 15 levels of resistance which is fantastic for those who want to vary their workouts and get the most out of their exercise machine. The resistance is also electronically controlled via the touch of a button. The pulse rate is measured by hand and ear clip sensors both of which are included. The Kettler Golf ST Pro is also compatible with a chest belt, although this has to be purchased separately. The gel filled saddle can be adjusted horizontally and vertically for extra comfort. There are also gravity pedals with the foot straps.
The Kettler Golf ST Pro is powered via mains transformer, and is also easily moveable with four transport rollers. The Golf ST Pro is a high quality exercise bike and a great upgrade from the Golf S. Considering the relatively low price difference, this would be recommended to most users. With Kettler’s 3 year parts and labour warranty, they don’t come much better than this at this price.
