The Bremshey Cardio Pacer ER is a recumbent exercise bike which has a lot to offer to anyone who is looking for a stylish yet powerful machine. The console displays the time, distance, speed, RPM, energy consumption (calories), heart rate and training power which will all allow you to keep track of your workouts and pursue your goals. The Cardio Pacer ER also comes equipped with an ergometer. There are a total of 12 programmes with this exercise bike, including 6 preset. The resistance is magnetic with servo adjustment for even smoother operation. Adjustments can also be made to the seat, backrest and handlebars for maximum comfort.
